Fun Closet Cosplay: The Big Bang Theory

I love The Big Bang Theory! My partner and I have been fans of this series since episode 1 of season 1 and watch every episode as soon as it comes out. So I decided to take our love of the show to the next level and create closet cosplays of some of our favourite characters! Closet cosplays are a fantastic way to show love for some of your favourite characters when you are pinched for time and need something last minute or don’t have the extra cash to create something from scratch. All you need is a bit of creativity to look at your own closet as a shop of opportunities.

After a quick scan of both mine and my partner’s closets, I chose Sheldon Cooper for my partner and Bernadette for myself. Here’s some thoughts on putting together successful closet cosplay for these two Big Bang Theory characters!

Valentine’s Day is for couples, and it ‘s not only for couples! We are hosting a cosplay contest on Miccostumes Facebook.

CONTEST TIMELINE: Submissions will be accepted between the time of this post and 11:59pm PDT on 2/10/2016. Votes will be accepted until 11:59pm PDT on 2/13/2016. The winners will be announced on Valentine’s Day, 2/14/2016

“COUPLES” CONTEST THEME:
The theme for this contest is “couples cosplay”. Each entry must include two or more cosplayers from the same series, game, etc. The characters do not have to have a canon romantic relationship, but must share enough similarities to be considered a pair. More than two characters is acceptable in cases such as love triangles and harems, but random assortments of characters will not be accepted.

VOTING & SCORING:
To vote, search the hashtag #miccontest2, and like+comment+share the entries that you wish to vote for. Each person may vote for an entry a maximum of 1 time. Please note that you must like, comment, and share a post to register as a single “vote”. This is a new measure we are trying out to prevent cheating using false accounts. Contestants are allowed to like, comment, and share their own posts, but doing so will not count towards their final score.

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE:
After announcing the winners on our page, we will send out notifications to the winners asking them to confirm and claim their prizes. If a winner does not confirm within 3 days (72 hours) of the notice, or if he/she turns down his/her prize, the prize will be given to another contestant.

C.C and Lelouch make a contract about energy grant, which means that C.C must grant the energy of Geass to Lelouch to help him reach his purpose. In return, he must help C.C complete one thing.
About the energy: Lelouch’s Geass manifests itself as “the power of absolute obedience,” which allows him to plant commands within a person’s mind upon direct eye contact. He is granted this ability through his contract with C.C.
