Sincere Apology to You – Customers Who Didn’t Receive the Costumes Timely Last Hollaween

Dear Customers,

First, thanks very much for your support for us all the time. We will continue to be absorbed in enhancing the quality of our costumes and also our service. Product line will be continually broadened, in order to better cater to more needs from you. Any problem, just contact us. A fast and sincere reply is promised anytime.

Second, we want to make a sincere apology for all customers who did not receive their costumes for the last Halloween on time here. A lot of orders were accepted in the past two months. However, due to the limited production capacity in our costume factory, some orders could not be finished, shipped or delivered on time and so cancelled. We do feel deeply sorry for these inconveniences caused to you.

We made a statistics just now. And here are 324 orders that had not been paid successfully or could not be finished, shipped or delivered timely and so cancelled from Sep. to Oct.

To make up faults caused by us, we promise: all of our products will be sold with 30% OFF during this weekend. We do wish customers who didn’t get their really desirable costumes before can reorder this time.
