Materials:
- A foam board (about 2mm thick)
- A brush
- Modpoge and superglue
- Patterns
- A pair of scissors or a knife
- Two straps
- Four round magnets
- Black paint
Step 1. Cut off patterns with your scissors or knife.
Tips: Four patterns are required if you want your earrings to have patterns on both sides. Also, you can leave one side for other purposes.
Step 2. Apply a thin layer of Modpoge to the foam board. Put a pattern on the glued area. When dry, you need to apply a layer of Modpoge to the edges of your pattern just in case. Then, complete the rest of your patterns with the same steps.
Step 3. Once the glue is completely dry, cut out these patterns. Glue the blank backs of two patterns together by your superglue. Note that heavy objects make them stick more firmly.
Step 4. Glue a magnet to one end of the strap. For the other strap, you need to do the same.
Step 5. Glue the other end of the strap to the top of a pattern. Then repeat the same step to finish the other earring.
Step 6. Use the two remaining magnets to hang them where you like. Or you can hang the Tanjirou hanafuda earrings directly where there is metal.
